Marriage Encounter

A Marriage Encounter is designed to give married couples the opportunity to examine their lives together ... a time to share their feelings, their homes, disappointments, joys, and frustrations ... and to do so openly and honestly in a face-to-face, heart-to-heart encounter with the one person they have chosen to live with the rest of their life. The emphasis of Marriage Encounter is on communication between husband and wife, who spend a weekend together away from the distractions and the tensions of everyday life, to concentrate on each other.

It's not a retreat, nor a marriage clinic, nor group sensitivity. It's a unique approach aimed at revitalizing Christian Marriage. Who's it for? Any married couple who desires a richer, fuller life together -- no matter their age or the length of their marriage. AND what awaits after that special Marriage Encounter weekend? BESIDES an enriched relationship? A special group of couples that meets once a month to continually support each others' efforts for an ever-growing marriage.

  Lisa & Mark Gaier 485-8049

Retrouvaille

Retrouvaille is a program which helps couples put the pieces of their marriage back together and rebuild loving relationships. It consists of a weekend experience and a series of 12 presentations offered within the six weeks following the weekend phase. The weekend will help you discover how listening, forgiveness, communications, and the dialogue process are powerful aids for building a loving lasting relationship.

  Craig & Vicki Benner 485-8049

Sewing Club

The Sewing Club makes baptismal garments or helps with other parish sewing needs. Newcomers welcome. This is a great ministry to do at home on your own time schedule.
