Council of Catholic Women (CCW)

The CCW provides spirituality to its members by their devotion to the Blessed Mother under the patronage of Our Lady of Good Counsel.  They also offer spiritual opportunities to the parish with a yearly Day of Reconciliation in November and the Rosary before the 9 AM Mass in May, August, and October.  CCW members share a monthly Mass together on the 3rd Sunday of each month at 9 AM.  Through their fundraising events, the annual Harvest Luncheon and Craft Show and yearly bake sale, CCW provides money for worthy projects.

They also offer themselves in service to parishioners by sponsoring a parish-wide blood drive, funeral luncheons, and a St. Joseph’s Table each spring,   The Council of Catholic Women is open to all women of the parish and meets regularly on the first Thursday of the month October to May from 1:00-3:30 PM.  For those unable to attend the monthly weekday meetings, CCW also offers various functions on weekends.

They begin their year with Mass followed by a Welcome Back Breakfast in September.  This year it will be held on Sunday, September 7, beginning with the 9 AM Mass.

New members of all ages are welcome to join.
